AAA Detailed Reports

Simply enter the Master Password, and then the first letter or two of the provider's last and first names, then select the "Submit" button.
Just leave the Last and First Name fields blank to list all providers.

        To identify providers who have completed a particular course, enter the desired Course Code from the list below.
        To identify providers of a particular agency, enter a few letters of the agency's designator to narrow your search.
        To identify providers assigned to a particular case manager in PRN's system, just enter a few letters of the CRM's name to narrow your search.
        Simply leave a search field blank to list all providers. Leaving "Class Type" blank for example, would list all class types.

End Date Range:   (End of Date Range to Filter Report by Training Completion Date in the format "YYYY/MM/DD".)
