A completion date of 1/1/YYYY indicates that the provider either took some portion of the class, or completed the class through a training agency other than PRN. Unfortunately, PRN is not able to confirm course completion for those classes with a date of 1/1/YYYY.

A Next Class Date of 12/31/200Y indicates that the provider is on a Waiting List.
