There are several methods to look up training records:

    Agency Password Required for the following:

        By First and Last Name

        By Provider Number

        List of Providers Scheduled for a Future Class

        Agency Detailed Report

Your agency's password is required in order to access provider training records. If you do not know your agency's password, please contact your supervisor.

    AAA Master Password Required for the following:

        AAA Reports    
        Provides a summary of provider's training history.

        AAA Detailed Reports    
        Provides a detailed report of provider's training history to include CE subjects.

        Providers Needing CE for Calendar Year 2007
        Provides a report indicating providers that do not have a CE 2007 completion date.
